However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. Regeneration works incorporating a new Cinema \(approx\. 35,000sq\.ft\) 6 new restaurant units \(circa 20,000 sq\. ft\.\) and associated servicing and public amenity spaces in the heart of Basildon\. Basildon Borough Council are looking for a contractor with experience in building cinemas to deliver the project on time and within budget\. The area around the site will remain open to the public throughout the build\.
