SR21 - A specialist and experienced team with knowledge of SAS/HDFS environments, able to delivery through an agile delivering methodology 2\. DQS Support: -Service monitoring, issue investigation & resolution support - Onboarding/offboarding of users -Analysis & reporting -Impact assessments and testing support \(e\.g\. SAS on EDH M6 upgrade\) 3\. Tech assurance for PCP to provide independent assessment of the SAS solution under the PCP workstreams, and whether or not it meets HMRC requirements and needs\. This was called off from the G-Cloud 12 CCS framework
