The works are to undertake refurbishment of ablutions at Bickenhill, Erdington and Hay Mills Fire Stations and associated works\. The surrounding areas within each location of the works are to remain in full use by the fire service throughout the contract period and contractor\(s\) must allow for working in conjunction with WMFS staff\.
