## Description

The project comprises of the minor refurbishment of the door systems on Lift 3, BRI\. The works are to be completed within the existing lift environment and shall be inclusive of all associated builders & electrical works\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
