## Description

Durham University are looking to put in place multi-supplier minor works contracts to deliver projects such as new build, extensions, alterations and refurbishments\. The arrangements will comprise two separate contracts – a Term Service Contract \(TSC\) for works of value £0 - £1m and a Framework Contract for works of value £0\.5m – 4m\. Both will be four year agreements with between 4 and 8 suppliers to be appointed per contract\.
