## Description

This contract award notice is to notify the market that Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust has appointed Roche Diagnostics Ltd for the provision of a Pathology Managed Service Contract\. The procurement process conducted was a further competition under Lot 2 of the NHS Supply Chain framework\. Framework Title: Pathology and Point of Care Testing, Associated Equipment, Instruments, Consumables, Accessories and Managed Services Framework Reference: 2019/S 212-519575 The call-off contract will be for an initial 84-month \(7-year\) period with an option to extend for a maximum period of 1 x 84-month \(7-year\) period up to a maximum of 168 months \(14 years\)\. Additional information: The contract start and end date is indicative at this stage\.
