Finsbury Estate Landscaping Improvements

Description

This project aims to improve the accessibility of the central pathway and waste and recycling provision at Finsbury Estate. A key element of this scheme is to reconfigure the waste and recycling arrangement making it more pleasant and functional for residents without removing the convenience of its current location. This project is needed as the current bin area is not fit for purpose and does not provide the correct bin capacity required for the number of residents on the estate. Inadequacy of the current capacity has resulted in multiple complaints and bin collections needing to be scheduled daily to maintain an acceptable standard both visually and from a health and safety perspective.
