## Description

The Council conducted a Direct Award via the Crown Commercial Services \(CCS\) Postal, Goods, Services and Solutions Framework \(RM6017\) via Lot 7 for the Council's Printing and Issue of Personalised Annual Council Tax Bills, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction Scheme Notifications\.
