## Description

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority \(hereinafter "the Authority"\) has a requirement for complete external redecoration to all exposed timber surfaces which comprises western red cedar cladding to most vertical surfaces at the site Lee Valley Hockey & Tennis Centre\. Areas requiring decoration comprise all elevations of the main building, all elevations of England Hockey cabin, external faces of plant area boundary fence to the southern boundary of the site and storage compound boundary fence to the northeast of the site\.
