GB-Cromer: MTC for Heating, Plumbing, Legionella Testing and maintenance PROC031

The Measured Term Contract will be to carry out services required, to include but not limited to:-

Legionella Checks - testing, management to document L8 for all assets Heating systems Boiler servicing, maintenance, replacement, oil and gas General plumbing works Gas testing and inspecting and certification Scheduling works To give advice, asses & supply recommendation to our insurance providers

To include out of hours 4 hour responsive work and making safe if necessary. Must be Gas Safe, OFTEC registered and engineers must be factory trained. Contract is for 3 years with a 1+1 years extension

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
