Refurbishment and Fire Safety Works

This contract involves works to 43 residential flat blocks, which comprise of 6 properties per block. The scope of the works is as follows: The installation of fire doors and framesets and windows. Removal of timber cladding from the front building elevations. Painting the internal communal areas and external soffits and fascia's. Installing anti slip stair tread nosings on the communal stairs cases. Repairing the quarry tile flooring in the communal areas. Contracts will be awarded on a Lotted basis. Lot 1 - Fire doors, windows and associated joinery. Lot 2 - Internal and external decoration (excluding scaffold). Full details are available via ProContract tendering system.
