NS&I is seeking to acquire expert insight and knowledge into the products and services of its retail financial services competitors. This section contains details of the information and reporting services required by the NS&I competitor intelligence team. The selected supplier must have a dedicated and experienced team that will be working on the NS&I account to deliver the required services. Any proposed solution must include a quality management system and clear processes to ensure the overall accuracy and quality of the data provided. Additional information: Contract initially awarded for 12 months and subsequently extended in two further tranches of 12 months duration each. Award notice covers the period: 01/04/2021 - 31/03/2024.
