The GM Workforce Inclusion programme will aim to accelerate our equity and inclusion agenda across Greater Manchester, Through this programme of work, our objective is to ensure the workforces in our GM Local Authorities and some Partners, reflects the diversity of the Greater Manchester population, with organisations becoming truly representative of the communities they serve\.
