## Description

Unitas are looking to appoint a single contractor to erect, adapt and dismantle scaffolding on Unitas's responsive repairs, void properties, aids & adaptations, safe & warm homes, disabled facilities grants and central heating installs contracts\. The contract period will be 12 months from May 2023\. This opportunity will be awarded based on MEAT evaluation and the split will be 80% price and 20% technical\.
