The fire risk assessment consultancy (also known as the service provider) and any employees used to undertake fire risk assessments on behalf of Tower Hamlets Homes (THH) must meet the requirements of The Fire Risk Assessment Competency Council (under the auspices of the Fire Sector Federation) Guide for Responsible Persons: A Guide to Choosing a Competent Fire Risk Assessor, or as amended and updated.
