Outplacement support (GMC319)

The GMC requires an outplacement support service to support staff departing the organisation as a result of redundancy. The aim of the Service is to provide departing staff with flexible and individual support that will help clarify their options and to assist them with their career choices outside of the GMC. The Service is completely confidential between individuals and the provider. GMC is only aware that departing staff have requested to take up the Service. The only other information we receive is management information. The GMC will provide the necessary details to the provider of any departing staff wishing to use the Service.
