Alteration and refurbishment works to the ground floor of 'Bishops Cross' and 'The Keep' and first floor of the 'Sports Centre' at the University of Cumbria Lancaster Campus

We are relocating a number of staff and departments on our Lancaster campus. Two of these moves involve the Chaplaincy moving to 'The Keep' and Post-Graduates moving in to 'Bishops Cross'. To facilitate these moves some minor alteration and refurbishments works are required to these two areas - these works will form Section 1 of this contract. Additionally we are forming a new Human Performance Laboratory on the first floor of the Sports Centre which involve some alteration works and refurbishments - this will be Section 2 of the contract
