## Description

In order to inform and support the preparation of the Dalston Plan,the Hackney Central Masterplan Supplementary Planning Documents \(SPDs\) and the Stamford Hill Area Action Plan \(AAP\) the Council needs to complete an economic viability assessment to test the viability of the policies in all three emerging plans\. This study will provide robust evidence to inform and support emerging site guidance\. The study will identify whether guidance in the plan needs to be updated to ensure the plan is viable and ultimately deliverable\.
