TITLE: Recruitment Partner to Sandwell Childrens Trust Ref SMBC 22138 BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Trust is looking for a single provider\. The roles to be recruited to are: o Non-executive director The provider will undertake the following activity: Specialise in NED level permanent appointments\.The provider will undertake the following activity: Executive search The types of services include \(but are not limited to\) the following; ? Preliminary activities and project management of the recruitment process ? Candidate search ? Response management and 'long list' development ? Development of a shortlist ? Applicant management ? Final interview and appointment ? Post recruitment training ? Management information ?
