There are 22 areas across Birmingham, 5 of which are based in Birmingham city centre\. Target audiences across all areas will differ, the city centre areas will need the campaign to attract national and local customers\. The suburban areas will be targeting local shoppers\. The campaign messaging needs to be adaptable across all audiences and demographics\. The primary objective of this campaign is to develop a consumer marketing campaign which can be adopted by all areas across Birmingham\. The campaign must drive footfall to the relevant areas and also relay safety messages\. The successful provider will provide the following as part of their proposal - Visual of campaign messaging - The first phase of the campaign will need to be delivered pre-Christmas, therefore a timeline of all required deliverables is needed\. - Flexibility is required on campaign roll out as the media plan has not been finalised yet This contract will be for a period of 5 months commencing 26/10/2020 until 26/03/2021\.
