Lot 1 - Accommodation Based Housing Related Support for Young People Aged 16 – 25 Years Old and Lot 2 - Accommodation based Housing Related Support for Homeless and ex-offenders aged 25 and over

The primary outcome is to prevent homelessness and/or repeat homelessness, improve the ability of vulnerable customers to live independently in the community and subsequently reduce, and / or delay the risk of homelessness and/or increased interventions from public services including health and social care services.
