## Description

The current COMAH report was submitted in 2017 and now requires updating in accordance with the five-year review cycle of the legislative requirements of the COMAH Regulations\. It is required to be submitted to the Competent Authority \(CA\) in February 2022\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
