Connected Places Catapult is running a Request for Proposal Tender process to award a contract for the following services: Benchmarking of six cities to set and explain fundamental context, logic for interventions, identify particular trends, needs and opportunities. Provides foundation for engagement with partners in each city.

Detailed analysis of three cities in Kenya and three in South Africa to provide clear overlay of opportunities, potential partners, local advantages and skillsets to draw from, and identify future deployment impact.

Development of Urban Innovation success factors to guide whole process, monitor and analyse proposed deployments, engage players with real-world lessons.
