## Description

The University of Sheffield, Finance Department wish to employ the services of Valuation Surveyors to undertake the process of valuing the Academic and Administration Buildings\. The purpose of the Valuation is to determine the worth of the University’s Academic and Administration Assets for inclusion in the University’s financial statements\.
