## Description

The provision of a graffiti removal / treatment service with the area of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury \(EXCLUDING THE TOWN CENTRE SUBWAYS\)\. Graffiti shall mean the illegal or unauthorised defacing of; a building, wall, other vertical face or object, highway structure, the highway, street furniture, car parks, roads/footways, underpasses and play areas by painting or otherwise marking it in a way which may include words, pictures or symbols\.
