CLC5176 Seasonal Bedding Plants Contract

Description

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the above services. The objective of this project is for the procurement of Seasonal Bedding Plants that meets the Council's requirement in order to produce high quality Seasonal Bedding displays. This contract involves the supply of Spring and Summer bedding plants and includes high profile schemes such as Victoria Park. There is a need to procure this service to ensure that Tower Hamlets parks continue to be an exemplar of good horticultural practice and remain at the fore front of local and national recognition from external bodies such as Britain in Bloom and Green Flag awards. The aim is to ensure that quality bedding plants are procured each year that are produced in line with Tower Hamlets policy on procuring high quality sustainable products. The procurement of this contract will be in line with all legislation, British and European Standards, sound and accepted best practice implicit in the Specifications and public/user health and safety
