2-250 CIP Head of Planning

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of Planning service in CIP .CIP projects have benefitted from ongoing support from Head of Planning over the last year. CIP specific Planning standard has been developed, signed off & implemented. The key now is to ensure it is fully embedded across all CIP projects while supporting "construction ready" activities across projects in terms of planning & scheduling.
