The research has a series of broad aims including: •To profile and understand the needs of our different customer groups •To develop tools to assist our people interact effectively with customers •To improve VOA service provision for our different customer groups •To support the development of targeted customer communications •To consequently improve customer trust, one of the VOA’s strategic objectives
