The UK Atomic Energy Authority \(UKAEA\) is seeking an external investigation provider to support on complex or extended employee relations cases which cannot be effectively managed in-house by managers and the Employee Relations \(ER\) team within UKAEA due to potential conflicts of interest or the level of complexity of the issues involved\.
