Scoping Commission

On behalf of the Office for Environmental Protection (OEP), which is being established pursuant to the Environment Bill, Defra is looking for a consultancy organisation to undertake a scoping commission to identify how the OEP can most effectively monitor and report on government's progress with the Environmental Improvement Plan and Targets.

The results of this commission are is needed by April 2021 so that they can be presented to the OEP and inform its future decision making.
