## Description

The University of Lincoln were looking for a Supplier that: would provide UPS equipment; would conduct physical checks/inspections; and would make recommendations to improve the University's UPS provision\. All of the University's UPS's and battery equipment would also be subject to the physical maintenance assessment checks \(annual service visits\), by the supplier, which shall be conducted every 12 months\. The purpose of the maintenance visit are to check and assess the condition of existing equipment, and highlight any actions required to keep the equipment in a fully functioning state, without introducing any risk to the University\.
