Description

The Wednesfield High Street Improvement Project is a Towns Fund led regeneration initiative aimed at enhancing the appearance, accessibility, and functionality of the town centre. The project will deliver high-quality public realm improvements, including upgraded paving, lighting, seating, and landscaping, to create a more welcoming and vibrant space for residents, businesses, and visitors. The improvements will ensure that the high street remains a key destination for shopping, leisure, and community activity, enhancing the experience for businesses and the public alike. The overall objective is to increase footfall in the high street. This contract seeks to procure construction support, Principal Design support to CDM 2015 regulations, and provide the health & Safety file at project completion. The procurement is awarded as a framework direct award via the MHA PSP4 Lot 1 Framework.
