Christmas Lighting Schemes for LB Hillingdon - 2021 -2024

Description

The Specification requirements setout the provision of Christmas Lighting within the Borough for 2021 to 2024. The contract for the services started in August 2021 for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend for a further one (1) plus one (1) years. The Council has traditionally supported the delivery of the Christmas lighting programme in the Borough's Town Centres, Villages and Shopping Parades. There are 27 Christmas lighting schemes that are under the Council's direct management and a further scheme has been approved at Belmore Parade, Uxbridge making a total of 28 Christmas Lighting schemes for 2021. Supplier works will consist of: - Supply lamp column, live tree and Christmas tree decorations, - Test and connect existing council owned live tree lights, - Installation of lamp column and Christmas tree decorations, - Installation of Christmas tree barriers (where required), - Ceremony/event attendance (where required), - Switch-on/off all decorations, - Maintenance during illumination period, - Repairs during illumination period, - Removal of all supplied effects, and - Storage of Christmas tree barriers Additional information: The full suite of tender documents were available via our tender portal, www.capitalesourcing.com which is free to register on.
