Work description
The K2 Property Asset Management System ( PAMS) is business critical software providing all the Asset functionality for the council to maintain its regulatory and property asset management functions, valuations, capital projects management and reveune income and expenditure. The software also links to other critical databases including oracle fusion CAD and GIS systems to co-ordinate the functions of Property Services as a whole.
