## Description

The purpose of the contract is to improve access to the playing fields for events at Runcorn Hill Park\. The works comprise of supply and installation of new steel knee rail to boundary along the car park near the Heath Playing Fields next to the changing rooms of Heath Road South, installation of a new vehicle access barrier and improvements including widening to the existing vehicular entrance with a new permeable surface\.
