Description

Oxclose Lane Police Station has a Gent conventional fire alarm system installed which is life expired and requires replacing to incorporate the custody suite. The current system was installed circa 2000, and various areas of the building have had replacement detection installed as part of refurbishment and change of use projects over the years. The custody suite system has a combination of air sampling and duct mounted sensors, along with an antiquated 'Guardian' system, all of which are to be replaced with a new, interfaced L1 system. It is the intention of Nottinghamshire Police to enter into a service contract for the supply, delivery, erection, wiring, fitting, setting to work, testing and commissioning of all new and affected equipment installed at the Oxclose lane Police Station.
