Responsibility for assessing and delivering opportunities to deliver HR transformation & Continuous improvement- this includes a new HR operational model/proposal for a new structure, improving how the organisation uses technology and data that we hold, process simplification and greater manager self-service with the user experience of the organisation's internal customers very much at the heart of this work.
