Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Maintenance Contract

The University wishes to appoint a contractor to provide a maintenance and repair service for heating, ventilation and air conditioning plant and equipment across campus premises. The service will also include full reporting of visits undertaken, condition reporting and advisory notification of likely equipment failures and required corrective action.
