## Description

Extension to our existing Citizens Access contract\. This is related to the council's digital strategy and is essential in maintaining and improving customer service delivery for our Revenues and Benefits teams\. As we are already licensing and using this software, there will be minimal additional work to implement the software under the new contract\.
