Description

Southend-on-Sea City Council are looking to procure a contract for Healthy Lifestyles services as part of a comprehensive programme of health and wellbeing interventions and services for people living and working in Southend-on-Sea. \r \r The aim of the contract is to deliver the following: Adult Weight Management Services, Smoking and Vaping Cessation, Making Every Contact Count, Workplace Wellbeing, Outreach and GP Health Checks, Social prescribing, Physical Activity Interventions, Falls Prevention. \r \r The Provider will ensure collaboration with a broad range of partners, including but not limited to the NHS, Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System, Active Southend, local voluntary and community organisations and more.\r \r Further information and all tender documents can be found on Proactis.
