Medical Evidence - Agile Transformation/ Development

Health and Disability have a need to address a number of problems identified around a theme of Medical Evidence. Broadly, these have been grouped into 3 areas. Special Rules for End of Life, Severe Disability Group and Access to NHS Data. Solving these problems have been requested from both Policy and the Health Transformation Programme. However, based on overall priorities and the strategic direction of the Department, Health and Disability currently do not have the capacity to meet this demand. On this basis, we are looking for an external supplier to provide agile transformation/development services to investigate these problem areas and potentially develop digital solutions to address.
