GMCA 1084 GM Workplace Safari Video Production

We want to give our young people a clear line of sight to high quality jobs in the Greater Manchester city region.

To help them to better understand the different career paths open to them, we help organise and promote 'Workplace Safaris', where students aged between 11 and 19 visit workplaces and speak with employees about their experiences and the routes they took to get into their current role.

We have secured funding to commission video content to promote 'Workplace Safaris' and to grow understanding of the seven sectors and career pathways we have identified with local employers.

These pathways are:

1. Digital & Technology 2. Engineering & Manufacturing 3. Financial & Professional 4. Creative, Culture & Sport 5. Construction & Green Economy 6. Education & Early Years 7. Health & Social Care

We're looking for creative visual storytelling that will inspire, energise and inform.
