## Description

Test Valley Borough Council \(TVBC\) is seeking consultancy support to re-assess the scope of the organisation's greenhouse gas emissions and produce a detailed decarbonisation\. This will help us ascertain how best to meet our target of being carbon neutral as soon as possible\.
