CSI/HLN/Housing First Transition Service 2022\\r This service will support 28 individuals to maintain their tenancies from April-June 2022 \\r initially \(and may be extended twice, on three monthly basis, to align with commissioning of a \\r wider floating support service that can meet their needs\) and avoid a return to rough sleeping \\r by offering intensive support linked to a stable tenancy\.
