\*\*This contract has been awarded via Crown Commercial Services Research Marketplace DPS - RM6018 via further competition\.\*\* The final date and time for the submission of bids was Friday, 28th May 2021\. Brief Description of Requirement: This contract is for the delivery of an extensive evaluation of the Flexibility Exchange Demonstration \("FleX"\) competition\. The Flex competition was part of the broader BEIS £505m Energy Innovation Programme\. Taking into consideration the Department's priorities, this evaluation seeks to deliver against the following aims: Aim 1 - Assess the achievements of the FleX competition \(impact evaluation\) Aim 2 - Provide lessons on optimal competition design and delivery \(process evaluation\)
