## Description

Natural England \(NE\) is looking for a supplier to develop a framework that will enable the future evaluation of the national Nature Recovery Network \(NRN\) and its delivery\. It is anticipated that this evaluation framework will enable NE to evaluate both process and impact as well as explore value for money\.
