Description

Low-Income Family Tracker Dashboard (LIFT) from Policy in Practice will allow staff to identify residents who would benefit financially from targeted pro-active engagement, for vulnerable families in crisis, or those at risk of falling into crisis. This would enable the Council to undertake targeted prevention work rather than just reacting to people who contact us. The dashboard brings together indicators of poverty from data supplied by the Council, with Policy in Practice's analysis to highlight our customers or households at risk of falling into crisis. It specifically identifies households affected by multiple welfare reforms.
