WP3567 - Regeneration Strategic Advisor - AWARD

The Council wishes to appoint the services of a Consultancy to act as a strategic advisor to the Council to enable the development and delivery of the pipeline of schemes that aim to not only increase the number of homes and employment floorspace across the Borough, but also to improve the viability and vitality of Walsall Town Centre and its District Centres. The strategic advisor will be required to work alongside the Council's Development Team (and potentially other teams in the Regeneration and Development Service) and to become an integral part of the Council's delivery resource by adding capacity as required. The strategic advisor will also be required to enhance the current skills set within the Development Team and transfer skills and knowledge.
