Work description
The Kent County Council's (the Contracting Authority) Capital Projects Department are looking to procure a Principal Contractor via the Principal Contractors Framework Lot 1 to provide construction services from RIBA Stages 5 to 7.
The services are required for the supply and installation of a new single classroom modular building.
The design has been worked up to RIBA Stage 4.
