Construction of 50 Dwellings (NORA)

The Nar Valley development in King's Lynn has plannning permission for 164 domestic dwellings. Both Phase 1 and Phase 2 have been completed and almost all have been sold. This tender is for the construction of the final 50 dwellings that will form Phase 3 of the development. The contract will also include provision for an extension to construct up to 43 additional dwellings which will be constructed on an adjoining site. This will be known as Phase 4.
